Welcome
You have pain in your body and you don’t know how to overcome it. You’ve probably tried a few things – injections, medications, massage, or even surgery (perhaps multiple surgeries). Still, you might feel as if your underlying problems haven’t been heard, so they haven’t been solved. Now you are back to square one. You need someone who listens, helps you reach your goals & teaches you how
to get back to doing everything you love… for good. That’s exactly what I do. |

The moment Sneha assessed me, I knew I was in good hands. As a former Broadway dancer, I knew my body and understood the language and physicality of many of its mechanics. Sneha spoke with great knowledge of all of the above, but there was something more. Immediately she began to fill in blank spaces and answer key questions in both my understanding of my injury and my healing. Every exercise and piece of information she provided complimented, strengthened and solidified my path forward. To find this level of trust in any therapist’s expertise, especially at one of my lowest points, was priceless. For me, she is more than a PT. Sneha is a healer. I’m much stronger now and nearly pain free, and I’m truly grateful for her part in my healing!
